On foot from the house
The house is in the middle of the village, on a quiet street. The shop, the bus, the restaurants and the lake are all within a walk, so the car can stay parked.

At the confluence
A village that gave its name to an Iron Age culture
The Soča and the Idrijca cut deep beds through the rock and once guarded the settlement on two sides. A dam has since turned them into an emerald lake below the village, with easy walking paths and viewpoints along the shore, and a boat that cruises the water.
Finds from Most na Soči range from the Bronze Age to Roman times; most come from the Iron Age, whose local culture is named after the village: the Sveta Lucija culture. Among them are bronze fibulae, ancient dress pins; Fibula is also the name of one of the apartments in the house. They are kept in museums in Vienna, Trieste and Gorizia, and closest of all in Tolmin and here in Most na Soči.

Water
Swimming in the Soča and the Idrijca, kayaking, canoeing, SUP, rafting, a boat trip on the lake.

The Soča, the lake at Most na Soči, the Idrijca, the Trebuščica and the Bača. Permits are sold at the house.
Air
Paragliding and hang gliding; the Kobala launch site is above Tolmin.
Hiking and cycling
The Tolmin Gorges, the Kozjak waterfall, Mount Krn (2,244 m), the Razor pasture, the Trebuščica valley with the Pršjak waterfall, cycling along the valley.
Winter
Skiing at Cerkno (27 minutes by car) and on Kanin above Bovec.
